SPMA was established after being part of one of the leading Seattle commercial real estate companies, Westlake Associates, Inc., for many years. With a portfolio of properties built up over the past 20 years, the impetus to form a new entity in 2015 came from our desire to provide even better quality personalized services to tenants and owners. Principal Richard L. Kemp has been involved in investment real estate from a variety of sides of the business since 1979. Currently also a Principal and licensed real estate broker with Westlake Associates, Inc., Mr. Kemp has brokered investment properties, functioned as a professional property manager for clients with multifamily, retail, industrial and office investment properties and is an owner and developer of local Seattle apartment investment real estate. Richard Kemp brings a unique and broad combination of knowledge, experience, performance and integrity to investment real estate. The goal of Mr. Kemp, along with Designated Broker Gudrun Snyder, is not to be the city’s largest property management company, but the best.
