The University District Heights is a 34 unit building constructed in 1964. UDH is located 5 blocks West of UW campus, 2 blocks South of Trader Joe's on Roosevelt Way, and a short walk to the very popular Portage Bay Cafe.

Unit A is a spacious basement studio that has tile flooring throughout, stays cool during the hot summer months and is well insulated for the winter months.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and cats are welcome.
