The Wallingford Arms is a 14 unit building built in 1926 situated one block off 45th in the heart of Wallingford. It is 2 blocks West of QFC, half block from the Wallingford branch of the Seattle Public Library and just around the corner from post office. There are dozens of other great shops and restaurants all within a stones throw from the building. The Metro bus 44 route is easily accessible and runs between Ballard and University of Washington on 15 minute intervals. There are coin operated laundry machines in the basement and a detached garage behind the building where extra storage maybe available for an additional fee. Water, Sewer and Garbage are billed back to Residents, and there is a $30/month fee for heat.
Unit 203 is situated in the Southwest corner of the building and receives great natural light. The original hardwood floors, coved living room ceiling, picture rails to hang art and original light fixtures ooze old-world charm. There is a walk-in closet off the living room and several other ample-sized closets in the unit that can be used for storage.
At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This is a no smoking and no dogs building however cats are welcome.
