The Four Ten Apartments is a 9 unit building built in 1981. It is located 2 blocks South of Seattle University campus. There are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby on 12th and its location is not far from the International District. Harborview, Swedish and Virginia Mason hospitals are all within a short walk and is ideal for commuters with its accessibility to I-5.

Unit 2 is a ground floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is an East facing unit that receives great natural light. It has brand new flooring through out, decent closet space and would be ideal for well-acquainted roommates attending Seattle U. or a young professional that needs a home office space.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building has a no smoking and no dog policy. Cats are welcome. There is a $100/month utility fee (w/s/g) as well as a $20/month fee for laundry.
