Unit 108 is a spacious ground floor studio that receives good natural light. It has new vinyl plank flooring throughout and a fresh coat of paint.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable $1000 security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
