The Killarney is a 1926 brick building located just East of I-5 and South of the University bridge near Portage Bay. It's location allows for an easy commute to UW, Eastlake Ave to South Lake Union, 520 bridge and Capitol Hill. The building has been impeccably maintained with units retaining much of its old world charm but with certain updates over the years. There's a small community patio that serves as a perfect gathering place during the summer months. This studio unit is being offered with a 12-month Lease term and 2 Weeks Free Rent.

Unit 202 is situated on the North side of the building and receives lovely natural light. There are natural hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and tile in the bathroom. The closet is unusually large and could easily accommodate a modest wardrobe and a small bed.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
