The Regan Lee was built in 1929 and still retains much of its Old World charm. Its located two blocks from Toulouse Petit and Ozzie's on Mercer Street as well as many other great restaurants and shops on Lower Queen Anne.

Unit 302 is situated on the Southeast corner of the building and receives great natural light. It has natural hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and original tile in the bathroom. There is a cozy eat-in nook in the kitchen and ample closet space. We are offering a 3 week rent concession on a 12 month lease.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to $1000 the refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no pet property.
