The Madison Place apartments is a 40 unit building built in 1989. It is located around the corner from the Capitol Hill Trader Joe's and near the Safeway off Madison. There are a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes.

Unit 102 is situated on the South side of the building and receives lovely natural light. It has laminate flooring throughout, carpet in the bedroom and beautiful granite counters complete with bar height eating area. We are offering this spacious 1 bedroom unit on an 12 month Lease Term with a 2 week rent concession.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. A parking stall may be available for $100/month.
