The University District Heights is a 34 unit building constructed in 1964. UDH is located 5 blocks West of UW campus, 2 blocks South of Trader Joe's on Roosevelt Way, and a short walk to the very popular Portage Bay Cafe.

Unit 205 is a spacious East facing 2bed/1bath that receives gorgeous natural light. It has laminate wood flooring throughout, efficient galley kitchen, small eat-in nook and would be ideal for a couple or well-acquainted roommates attending UDub.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and cats are welcome.
