The Randolph Apartments is a classic 1925 building located in the heart of Capitol Hill in a great location within walking distance of the new Light Rail Station and great places to eat and shop. The Randolph features gorgeous hardwood floors, spacious units, and old-world charm. Some of the units have great views of downtown and the Space Needle. The vintage elevator is a reminder of the days gone by.

This unit is on the 4th floor in the Southeast corner which receives great natural light. It has a walk-in closet off the living room, new vinyl in the kitchen and updated shower plumbing. There is a generous amount of space in the bedroom enough to fit a king size bed with room to walk around it.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75/month utility fee for w/s/g. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
