The Madison Parkview Apartments were built in 1950 and are conveniently located on the East slope of Capitol Hill. There is a Trader Joe's and Safeway within walking distance as well as a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants. The Metro bus line runs on E. Madison headed toward downtown every 15 minutes or catch the #48 towards UW campus.

Unit 102 is a Northeast facing unit that receives great natural light. It has hardwood floors throughout and new vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This unit is being offered on a 12-month Lease term with a 3 week rent concession. Off-street parking is available for $50/month to an assigned stall. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
