The Chelan apartments were built in 1930 and still retain much of the old world charm from its past. Enjoy a plethora of nearby restaurants and shops as well as the events and activities at the Seattle Center. There is a beautiful courtyard behind the building that tenants enjoy during summer months.

This studio is located on the 1st floor and receives West facing light. It has a walk-in closet and cozy breakfast nook. Enjoy the charm of this unique property as well as the convenience of its location.
There is a $75 monthly utility fee for water/sewer/garbage.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and cats and small dogs are welcome.
