There are a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. A parking stall may be available for $100/month.
