The Portico Apartments are located a block away from Harbor View, a few blocks from Seattle U. and close to where Boren and Broadway intersect.
This building was built in 2001 and has various floor plans from 2 bed/2bath to studios. All units have their own laundry stack as well as dishwasher.

This unit is on the 3rd floor and is on the Northeast corner of the building. Unit 306 is a 2bed/2bath with hardwood floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, new dishwasher, fridge and microwave, a small deck off the living room, spacious bathrooms, ample closet space, and washer/dryer in unit.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
