Unit 23 is a top floor 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment that has been completely renovated. It has vinyl plank flooring throughout, a spacious living room- Complete with a fireplace, private balcony with storage, a kitchen pass through window bar, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer in the bedroom closet.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This property is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. There is a $75 per month utility fee for water, sewer, garbage (per person).
