The Bronz was built in 1910 but has updated over the years yet retains much of its old-world charm. The property is located just east of Eastlake Ave on the corner of E Boston and Franklin Ave E. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance including: Serafina, Armistice Coffee and Zoo Tavern to name a few. Catch the number 70 Metro Bus line which runs every 15 minutes towards downtown or north toward the U. District. This area has a walk score of 88!

Unit 10 is a carpeted cozy basement studio with an efficient kitchen layout complete with dishwasher.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
