The Park Madison apartments are situated on the East slope of Capitol Hill on Madison Avenue. It is close to a plethora of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is an attached secure garage below the building with parking available for $100/month.

This unit has been updated to include laminate floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, granite counters, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There is a small deck off of the living/dining area and a small patio off the primary bedroom that allows space to relax outdoors. We are offering this spacious 2 bedroom unit on a 12 month Lease Term with a $100 per month utility fee (+$50 for each additional person).

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
