The Four Ten Apartments is a 9 unit building built in 1981. It is located 2 blocks South of Seattle University campus. There are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby on 12th and its location is not far from the International District. Harborview, Swedish and Virginia Mason hospitals are all within a short walk and is ideal for commuters with its accessibility to I-5.

Unit 8 is a top floor South facing 2 bed/1bath apartment that receives great natural light. It has laminate flooring throughout, a fresh coat of paint and ample closet space. This unit comes with an assigned off-street parking stall that is behind the building off the alley.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building has a no smoking policy. Cats are welcome.

There is a $100/month utility fee for WSG as well as a $20/month fee for laundry. Electricity is based on usage through Seattle City Light. The unit is cable ready.
