A perfect location that is easy to access I-5/I-90 as well as downtown and beyond. There is an attached garage with assigned parking which are $75/month if available.

Unit 601 is located on the Southwest corner of the building and receives great natural light. This 2bed/2bath has laminate flooring, carpet in the bedrooms, dishwasher, a full size fridge and a microwave, a small deck off the living room, spacious bathrooms, ample closet space, and washer/dryer in unit.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. This unit is currently being offered on a 12-month Lease term with a 4 week rent concession.
