The Madison Place apartments is a 40 unit building built in 1989. It is located around the corner from the Capitol Hill Trader Joe's and near the Safeway off Madison. There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes.

This spacious 1 bedroom unit has an updated kitchen, complete with quartz countertops, laminate flooring, carpet in the bedroom and a small private balcony off the living room. It is being offered on a 12-month Lease term with a 3 week rent concession.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. A parking stall may be available for $100/month.
