The Taft apartments were built in 1910 and maintain it's old world charm but each unit has been uniquely updated over the years. Enjoy an easy walk to a variety of pubs, shops and restaurants close to campus as well as explore the Capitol Hill scene.

This studio unit is located on the first floor in the Southwest corner which receives fantastic natural light. The kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and tile counter top. Let your worries be soaked away in the original clawfoot tub as you find your happy place.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $75 per month utility fee for water, sewer, garbage as well as a $15/monthly laundry fee. This is no smoking and no dog building however, cats are welcome.
