The Alyward Apartments is a beautiful classic 1909 Seattle brick building located in the heart of Capitol Hill. No other area in the city has as much to offer in such a close distance. Living here means that you're mere blocks in any direction from all you could want or need, including Cal Anderson Park, The New Light Rail Station, Seattle Central College Campus, and the bustling Pike Pine corridor.
