This 1 bedroom unit is being offered on a 12 month Lease term and there is a $75 water, sewer, garbage utility fee per month.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
