The North Park Apartments are located in the desirable Capitol Hill neighborhood. It's a walker’s paradise, so daily errands do not require a car, only a 10 minute walk from the Link light rail at the Capitol Hill Link Station stop, and nearby parks include Tashkent Park, Thomas Street Mini Park and Bellevue Place.

Unit 611 is a second floor one bedroom that receives great natural light. It has gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, plenty of closet space as well as an in-unit washer/dryer.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
