The Madison Place apartments is a 40 unit building built in 1989. It is located around the corner from the Capitol Hill Trader Joe's and near the Safeway off Madison. There are a plethora of nearby shops and restaurants to discover as well as a Metro bus line that stops in front of the building that goes downtown every 15 minutes.

Unit 101 is situated on the Southeast corner of the building and receives great natural light. It has new vinyl plank flooring and new carpet in the bedroom. We are offering this 1bed on a 12-month Lease term with a 3 week rent concession.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. A parking stall may be available for $100/month.
