The Randolph Apartments is a classic 1925 building located in the heart of Capitol Hill in a great location within walking distance of the new Light Rail Station and great places to eat and shop. The Randolph features gorgeous hardwood floors, spacious units, and old-world charm. Some of the units have great views of downtown and the Space Needle.

Unit 105 is a West facing studio that receives glorious natural light. It has natural hardwood flooring throughout, newer vinyl in the kitchen and closet, original tile floor in the bathroom and a cozy eat-in breakfast nook off the kitchen.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs. Cats are welcome.
